Pro Users can also download their orders into Instant-Shop. If you have not got the Pro version or if you want to view your orders online, click here.
To download your orders go to 'Orders' from the 'Window' menu.
Click the download button from the bottom button bar.
Select 'Download all changes since the last download'. It is normal to request just the newly received orders, as this will be the most efficient option. If your computer is set to auto-dial the Internet or if you are on broadband click 'Download'. Otherwise, you must manually connect to the Internet before clicking 'Download'. The amount of time that it will take to receive all your orders from the server will vary depending on the speed of your modem and how many orders you are downloading since the last time you downloaded.
Once the download is complete, you will be given an option to either view the site or to disconnect.
The new orders will be added to your orders list. Double clicking on any of the order will show more detail about the order. The order record is divided up into three sections.
